Professional staff, good service. I went for a watch battery replacement, and didn't know my old battery was only 18 months old, they honor their 5 year replacement warranty, so the put in a new battery and I was not charged, awesome

I recently had a diamond from an old ring made into a necklace. It looked beautiful but did not wear well. I went back into the store with my concerns and was greeted with excellent customer service.
